Burpee Challenge Day:40
10 minutes of active warmup
then we will start the WOD:
10 minutes to complete as many double unders and sit ups as possible.
You Cannot double the sit ups with the double unders... for example you cannot have 100 double unders completed and only 50 sit ups. There has to be balance.
Punishment is double the burpee challenge!!!!!! 80 burpees.....
After WOD we will spend the rest of the hour focusing on mobility and movement.
