Anyone Can Do CrossFit

Our workouts are scaled to the level you are at each day when you walk through our doors. One day you might feel great, another you might feel tired, you might have a physical limitation or injury, you might have a lot of body weight to lose, you might just not move as well as you used to, or you might be a great athlete, but for everyone, CrossFit challenges you right where you are each day so you improve by becoming a better version of who you are. CrossFit makes you a better person.

CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. In sum, our specialty is not specializing.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.
