As many Double unders in 10 minutes as possible
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the following: This WOD starts with a round of cindy (5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats) and you will add around of 'Cindy' every round.
The first round is 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats. The second round is double that 10 pull ups 20 push ups 30 squats, the third round 15 pull ups 30 push ups 45 squats....etc.
