Today we will do a Partner WOD! As a team of two you will complete the following for time:
Deadlift 60 reps 185/135lb
Box Jumps 60 reps 24/20"
While your partner is working you will be in the plank position. Your partner cannot move until you are set in the plank.
You may partition the reps and rowing into as many reps/rounds as necessary. The above meters and reps is per team not per person.
