Bodyweight Strength Week 5 Day 3. For this workout you will do all of the Strength movements but for a shorter amount of time. 10 seconds for each movement, and for only 2 rounds. Form and quality comes first!

For this workout.... yes it is heavy, yes muscle ups are hard if not impossible. Take it to the next level. You should be lifting a weight you have never done before in a workout.... you should be attempting a harder modification of the muscle up that you have not done before... you might even get your first one! Have fun and fitness first.
