Snatch High Pull 3x3 @ 105% of 1 rep max

Hang Snatch  3@70%, 3@75%, 3@80% and 5 @75%

Front Squat 5x3 @92%

Then:

Bodyweight Strength Program... Its your choice. You must pick minimum 4 exercises, and do a minimum 3 rounds. You are more than welcome to do more exercises and more rounds. Have fun and remember fitness first!!!
