Cindy Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 5 pull-ups 10 push-ups 15 squats
Mary Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 5 handstand push-ups* 10 one-legged squats, alternating** 15 pull-ups
*If you are yet unable to complete handstand push ups, do either the inverted press from the bodyweight strength program or a light weight push press 95/65lb.
**If you can perform the one legged squat you will do the progression with the one legged step down on the box allowing only your heel to touch the ground.
