Monday! Rowing Marathon kick-off!!

Today begins the rowing marathon challenge! Every 1000m you row you can enter a raffle ticket into the pot for a better chance to win a prize at the end of the challenge, March 1st. Rules:

All meters rowed must be done at CrossFit Carol Stream

Every 1000m rowed you may enter a raffle ticket into the pot

Any rowing done in a workout will be counted to the challenge..... that being said:


5 rounds each for time of:

Row 250m

30 Russian Swings 70/55lb

15 Burpee box jumps!! (at least it is not the burpee-mageddon!)

Rest as needed between rounds. Each round is considered a sprint. You will have time to rest between each round and should give 85-90% every round. Good luck!
