The 'Back Tuck' is what we know as a back flip. Seeing as how most of us cannot do one back flip, here are potential modifications:
- Strict toes to bar
- Skin the cat on the rings to dismount
- Strict toes to bar on the rings
- Inverted hangs on rings and or on the bar
