This is the week of the CrossFit Open!! The first workout will be announced Thursday the 23rd at 19:00 (7pm) our time. For the next 5 weeks we will be following CrossFit HQ www.crossfit.com and their programming, which you will find is not too far off from our own programming. The only difference is they work on a 3 days on and 1 day of rest schedule. We do not, so we will try to make the programming fit our schedule as best as possible.
We will be doing the Open workouts on Friday, if you miss or cannot come in on a Friday you will have the opportunity to make the workout up on either Saturday or Monday as long as you enter your scores by 19:00 (7pm) Monday night.
