WOD/MAX EFFORT Here we are again with a 5 round rep scheme of lifting. You should begin the scheme with a minimum of 80% of your 1 rep max. Add weight from there and look for a 3 rep max, which means if you wanted to do 4 reps of that weight you wouldnt be able to complete it.

Back squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps GO heavy!
