AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

10 Get ups 25/15lb bumper*

5 Strict Pull ups

10 Push ups

*for the get up you will lie down on your back and hold a bumper against your chest, then you will get up to a standing position then lay back down. The bumper may be held in anyway as long as it does not touch the ground and while standing it is held up to your chest.
